Soundproofing

Noise coming from rooms above is a concern when living in an apartment building. This is a very important point when managing an apartment building.
At ALEGRIA, we place importance on soundproofing and are working to reduce the L value.
We adopted a construction method that prevents sound vibrations from directly transmitting to the ceiling below, and in combination with the two layers of soundproofing boards, this enables high soundproofing.

*The L value is a value that expresses a building's sound insulation performance against impact noise.

Deterioration prevention measures

In order to allow owners to focus on managing their apartments with peace of mind, ALEGRIA's wooden buildings have achieved the highest level “Grade 3” deterioration prevention grade. The deterioration prevention grade is one of the evaluation items for buildings under the Housing Performance Labeling System, and is a three-tiered evaluation of the degree of measures taken to ensure that the structural timber frame lasts for a long time. The higher the grade, the longer the building will last, and the lower the maintenance costs will be.
